Legislation to improve oversight of abortion clinics in the Commonwealth by requiring them to meet the same standards as other outpatient surgical facilities has been passed by the Pennsylvania House. Rep. Jerry Stern (R-Blair), said this bill would put standards in place to ensure the health of women who seek services at these facilities.
